Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applies To: Iced Alchemy LLC, DBA Icy Fangs + Alchemai Aesthetics

1. Booking Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
A valid card on file is required to confirm your appointment and is stored securely through our scheduling platform.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of your appointment.

2. Cancellations

We understand that life happens — please respect the time reserved for you.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

  • No-call / no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total service cost.

  • Fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will keep your deposit as credit toward a future booking, valid for 60 days.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment through our booking system.
Deposits will transfer to the new appointment when rescheduled within that timeframe.

If you must reschedule due to illness, your deposit may be transferred once to a future appointment without penalty.

4. Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive on time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a cancellation if the schedule cannot accommodate your delay.
Late arrivals may be charged the 50% late-cancellation fee if the service cannot proceed.

5. No-Show Policy

No-shows are charged the full appointment amount (100%).
Clients who no-show more than twice will be blocked from future bookings with Iced Alchemy and its affiliated DBAs.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of our aesthetic and cosmetic services, all sales are final.

  • Refunds will not be issued for completed services, including tooth gems, grillz, whitening, cosmetic acupuncture, microneedling, or any other treatments.

  • Product sales and deposits are non-refundable.

  • If there is a verified service issue or exceptional circumstance, please contact us within 48 hours of your visit for review.

By booking with Iced Alchemy LLC (including Icy Fangs and Alchemai Aesthetics), you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
